Annual Challenge UPDATE & CHANGE!
UPDATE: Our previous challenge of 300 members and 75 google reviews is being reduced!!!!
Our new company goal for membership enrollment is almost half of the previous goal and the best part is we are almost halfway there already! We currently have 84 patients enrolled in membership offerings which helps keep them on a consistent healing journey throughout the year while getting a significant discount to each infusion! Our new membership enrollment goal is 170by the end of 2024 across the company.
We are also switching up our Google Reviews goal, instead of getting to 75+ per each clinic we are aiming at each clinic getting an additional 20 5-star google reviews by end of year. For the Bellevue office this is going from 46 to 66, Seattle 14 to 34 and Tacoma 35 to 55.
If we get to 170 memberships and your clinic has met the 20+ google reviews each member of your clinic will earn an additional 8-hours of PTO added to their floating holiday bank.
The challenge still stands as well that if we hit 170 members across the company, your clinic has added 30+ 5-star reviews, and you have 8 or more ‘by-name’ shoutouts within those google reviews you will be entered into a drawing to win a weekend stay at a beautiful cabin near Cle Elum!

Education Call Etiquette
- Ensure you arrive at the clinic on time so that you have joined the meeting by 8:15 so there are no delays in getting started
- Sit at your own computer with cameras on during the presentation
- If you are unable to access a private computer and are sitting with someone else, no talking, laughing, etc during the presentation
- When applicable please shares personal stories of how the topic relates or impacts you
Patient Outcomes 2023-2024
PHQ: 85% of patients experiencing 50% reduction within 2-3 weeks
GAD: 88% of patients experiencing 50% reduction within 2-3 weeks
NSESSS: 89% of patients experiencing 50% reduction within 2-3 weeks
For patients who answer a score of 1 or more on question #9 of the PHQ form at their first infusion, (Thoughts that you would be better off dead or of hurting yourself in some way) 82% of those patients answer a zero on their 6th infusion scores!
From Our Data: About 23% of our patients experience a 50% reduction in symptoms after just one infusion!
Pay Schedule Updates
At the beginning of the year our pay period schedule will be shifting and we wanted to give everyone ample time to prepare. In 2025 our pay schedule will shift from every two weeks to consistently on the 5th and 20th of each month.
